Charity will most likely be one of the first people you meet from the MLK Center.  She's in the streets, at neighborhood meetings and all around Tarkington Park.  Charity started in the after school program in 2018 and is now the Community Builder and Nonviolence trainer.  She lives in Butler Tarkington. Jillian started as a volunteer in the after school program in 2018 and is now the Office Manager, keeping us all organized.  She does everything from ordering toilet paper to paying the light bill.  We would be in the dark without her.  Jillian@MLKCenterIndy.org

Amber has worked at MLK Center since 2017 and coordinates our 21st Century Community Learning Center in partnership with IPS School #43 focused on all children reading at grade level.  Amber@MLKCenterIndy.org

Lacrisha came to MLK Center in 2016 as the shuttle driver and is now the coordinator for our teen girl programming.  She's patient and passionate like none other, and our official fish feeder.   Lacrisha@MLKCenterIndy.org

Douglas has been our official drone pilot and DJ since 2018 as the Coordinator in our Best Buy Teen Tech Center powered by Klipsch.  He may be on a call with corporate partners one minute and rappin in the music studio the next.  Doug was born and raised in Meridian Kessler where he still lives today.  Douglas@MLKCenterIndy.org

This spot is reserved for Robyn - - the Coordinator of our brand new transportation program, the Midtown-Get-Around.  Lucky for us, logistics, problem solving and customer service bring her joy.  Robyn lives in Mapleton Fallcreek, but was born in Butler Tarkington where she visits her mom during lunch.    Robyn@MLKCenterIndy.org

Nikki was the first driver hired for the new Midtown-Get-Around program.  She fit right in because she knows every teenager by name.  Wave when you see her around the neighborhood in our white minivans!

Steve is another driver for the Midtown-Get-Around.  He LOVES the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his grand kids.

Trinity joined MLK Center as the first teen employee in 2017 and is now our official t-shirt maker.  In our youth program, she has helped dozens of Pre-K and Kindergarten students learn how to read, including her younger siblings.  Trinity lives in Butler Tarkington.
