But beyond our day-to-day gathering needs, we all need places to celebrate success, present new ideas, and organize for the future. When our community members come to us with an occasion that exceeds our program offerings, we extend our space for rent.

What’s a “shared lease”?

It means we’re partners. We lease from priority landlords in the neighborhood and sublet their spaces to community members in need of transitional housing. We’re essentially inviting you to share the lease with us, because we value your contribution to the beloved community. We offer:

Subsidized rent
Assistance paying off an eviction, if you have one
Help preparing you for a rental of your choosing, or even home ownership
