Join us for a free seminar on sickle cell trait on April 23, 5:30–7:00 pm, at the Beloved Community Outreach Center, 3932 N. Illinois Street, Indianapolis. You’ll learn about sickle cell trait, ow to detect it, how it affects our community, and how you can help.
The video game tournament is back and we’re inviting gamers and enthusiasts ages 12-18 to join us for a fun event, Fridays, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This free event will include food and game prizes. This is the last day of classes for students who attend IPS schools throughout Indianapolis. More specifically, this will be the last school for students attending James Whitcomb Riley IPS 43. And it's our students' last day of afterschool programming before summer camp—more information will come soon.
Youth currently involved in our afterschool programming and attend IPS 43 JWR Elementary school are invited to join our 8-week summer camp, starting June 2 and July 25.
